Hello there.
I just wanted to say that we loved the boots but they were too small. My service up to the return information point has been good.
Since sending the boots back though I have not had any response to my enquiry as to when I will expect to get my refund for the boots.
We sent them back with Purolator to the Surrey BC location and they arrived on November 25th.
I am wondering just wondering when I can expect a refund. We have considered buying a different size but I don’t want to charge another pair until I have my refund.
If you are able to help me with this I would really appreciate it!

The new heated insoles proved great warmth for cold feet. During my Lhotse Speed Record attempt I had my 8000m boots stashed at Camp 2 and would change into them for the upper mountain. After turning on the insoles my feet would warm up very quickly allowing me to get back to moving at a decent pace on the big mountain. I love these boots.

The Phantom 8000, in my opinion, is the best high mountain boot on the planet. I used them on a cold Everest summit with deep snow. Performed well in all regards. Once you get used to moving in a bigger boot, these are very comfortable and begin to feel like a small boot. I haven't had the opportunity to use this new model, with the heating feature, but I know they will only be a step up - which is hard to imagine. This is only high mountain boot that I will wear.
