Sa tige en nubuck haut de gamme offre maintien et durabilité, tandis que sa doublure imperméable et respirante offre la protection nécessaire sur les sentiers. Un réflecteur RECCO permet de la repérer facilement en pleine nature, pour une tranquillité d'esprit accrue lors de toutes vos aventures.
- Cuir nubuck huilé de première qualité. Un tannage spécial adhère aux fibres pour une imperméabilité, une durabilité et une respirabilité optimales. Finition huilée pour un toucher semblable au nubuck.

In NW Montana. I often hike on un-maintained trails or off-trail and this boot meet my needs. Sometimes my Mescalito boots are studier then I need and the Moraine is the answer. Great traction and there is enough lateral stability/support to edge on steeper terrain. Also , the underfoot offers great protection in scree and talus.
I like the padded protection over my heels and slightly higher water-resistance of the Moraine MID height when hiking off-trail or in rougher terrain.
Because of the support, the Moraine required some break-in mileage with the upper. It started as a good fit and the comfort of the upper improved nicely without losing support.
I normally wear a 46 in Scarpa and the Moraine is true to size. My feet are lower volume, with a narrow heel, higher instep and almost E-Width forefoot. The Moraine has slightly more volume then needed in the heel but enough room in the instep and toe box for an overall very good fit. I prefer to compromise on very minor heel slippage vs a forefoot that is too narrow.

Sizing is spot on. Comfy stride with the right amount of built in rocker. I initially thought the tongue was a bit short and the laces would ride up, but after wearing a full day, no issues at all.
