The boots fit me well out of the box. I have a normal foot and was worried they would bee too narrow from some of the reviews. I have a pair of Mammut Mercury ii boots that actually feel snugger than the Vento. I’m not a hiker but need supportive quality boots for commercial HVAC-R, and I think these will be excellent.

I really like these boots now that I have added aftermarket insoles. When you are buying in this price point I am not sure why they would not include a quality insole. The ones that are included are garbage, might as well be a piece of cardboard. Very frustrating.
