Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)
The Customer Service Coordinator at SCARPA North America leads the Direct-to-Consumer Customer Service team, overseeing day-to-day support operations, workflow planning, and escalation management. This full-time role serves as the main point of contact for complex customer issues, ensures timely and accurate order support, and collaborates closely with the Direct Sales Manager to improve processes and service quality. It requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in customer service or e-commerce environments. The position offers a casual, outdoor-focused workplace and benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.
Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer at SCARPA North America supports the Marketing and Communication team by producing high-quality visual assets that bring the brand to life across print, digital, and web channels. This full-time role focuses on hands-on creative execution, including campaign collateral, website and e-commerce content, social and email assets, and short-form video editing. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of materials that align with seasonal initiatives and brand standards. The position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, along with experience in graphic design and marketing production.
