Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)
The Customer Service Coordinator at SCARPA North America leads the Direct-to-Consumer Customer Service team, overseeing day-to-day support operations, workflow planning, and escalation management. This full-time role serves as the main point of contact for complex customer issues, ensures timely and accurate order support, and collaborates closely with the Direct Sales Manager to improve processes and service quality. It requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in customer service or e-commerce environments. The position offers a casual, outdoor-focused workplace and benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.
Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling order fulfillment, inventory organization, shipping and receiving, and general facility upkeep. This full-time role ensures products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for timely delivery while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The position works closely with the warehouse and operations team to meet productivity and quality standards, requiring strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
