Need to make a return? We’ve made it simple!

All returns and exchanges now go through our online Returns Portal.

Or log in to your scarpa.com account and start a return from the link at the top of your account portal.

Extended returns now available for the holidays! Return your product in new, unused condition within 60 days!

If you need a different size, please reorder via the website and we’ll credit you when we’ve received and processed your return.

Processing Times

  • U.S. returns are processed within 10–15 business days once received.
  • Canadian returns are processed within 15–20 business days once received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (shipping charges are non-refundable).
     

General Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Only items purchased directly from SCARPA North America (us.scarpa.com or ca.scarpa.com) are eligible for return. We cannot process returns for items purchased from Amazon or other third-party retailers.
  • Sorry, we do not accept worn or used products.
  • Please return items in a shipping box to avoid unnecessary re-packaging fees.


U.S. Customers (Lower 48 States)

  • Use our Returns Portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
  • A flat $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, per return.

U.S. Customers (Outside the Lower 48)

  • Please initiate your return in our Returns Portal.
  • You’ll ship your package with the carrier of your choice to our Boulder, CO address.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.

What does “new, unused condition” mean? minus sign

Products must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, and with original tags/packaging intact. Once footwear has been worn outside, it is considered used and is not eligible for return.

How do I start a return? minus sign

Go to our Returns Portal at https://na-scarpa.loopreturns.com or log in to your us.scarpa.com or ca.scarpa.com account and select the "Returns" link at the top of the page. Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return authorization.

Do I get a return label? minus sign

• U.S. (lower 48): Yes, you’ll receive a prepaid label through the portal. An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. • U.S. (outside the lower 48): No label provided; you’ll ship with your carrier of choice to our Boulder, CO warehouse. No restocking fee applies. • Canada: No label provided; you’ll ship with your carrier of choice to our Surrey, BC warehouse. We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order at us.scarpa.com or ca.scarpa.com. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
