Pro & EP Program Returns
Products must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, and with original tags/packaging intact. Once footwear has been worn outside, it is considered used and is not eligible for return.
Go to our Returns Portal at https://na-scarpa.loopreturns.com or log in to your us.scarpa.com or ca.scarpa.com account and select the "Returns" link at the top of the page. Follow the on-screen steps to generate your return authorization.
• U.S. (lower 48): Yes, you’ll receive a prepaid label through the portal. An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. • U.S. (outside the lower 48): No label provided; you’ll ship with your carrier of choice to our Boulder, CO warehouse. No restocking fee applies. • Canada: No label provided; you’ll ship with your carrier of choice to our Surrey, BC warehouse. No restocking fee applies. • Pro & EP orders: No label provided; customers cover return shipping. A 5% restocking fee applies.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order at us.scarpa.com or ca.scarpa.com. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
