SCARPA Returns/Exchanges

Wrong size? Don’t like the color? Just return your product in new, unused condition within 30 days!

If you need a different size, please reorder via the website and we’ll credit you when we’ve received and processed your return.

For orders shipped to the lower 48 states, you’ll find a Return Authorization and return shipping label in your package for added convenience.

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping fees), and a $8 fee will be deducted from your refund, per return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

If you are in the US, but outside of the lower 48 states, please ship your package back with the shipping carrier of your choice to the address below. Keep a copy of the tracking number for the return, as SCARPA is not responsible for returned packages until they reach our warehouse.

Only items purchased directly from SCARPA North America, Inc are eligible for returns. We are unable to process returns for items purchased from Amazon or other third-parties.

In the US, your return will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days of being received. For Canadian returns, please allow 15-20 business days for processing once the return is received.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "new, unused condition" mean? minus sign

"New, unused" means the product was not worn or used in a way that would contaminate it with chalk/dirt/etc. The item shows zero signs of wear and tear. The product is being returned in the same condition as when received by SCARPA with original packaging.

How do I do a return? minus sign

With the product in its original packaging, please place it in an applicable shipping box (you can reuse the cardboard box your order arrived in). Include the completed Return Authorization form inside and affix the shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Ship to the address above. We can only accept returns of new, unused product within 30 days of purchase*. *Between Nov 17 - Jan 20 this is increased to within 60 days of purchase for the Holiday Season.

What if I lost / don't have a return shipping label? minus sign

All orders - non-EP/Pro - shipped to the lower 48 states should've included a free return shipping label for added convenience. Unfortunately we cannot offer return labels for orders outside the lower 48 and or EP/Pro orders. If you've lost the included return label please email us at [email protected] so we can get you another. If you never received one due to your order being shipped outside the lower 48 and or being a EP/Pro order, please use a trackable shipping service of your choice to return your product. Can I do an exchange? minus sign

Certainly. In order to do an exchange, please return the item you intend on exchanging and repurchase the correct item on our website. Once the returned item has been received we'll process and refund the original purchase.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receiving and processing of U.S. returns or 3-4 weeks for receiving and processing of Canadian returns. If you've not heard from us or seen a credit back to you at by this time please reach out to [email protected] or call us at 303.998.2895.

We always try to process refunds as soon as we've received and processed the returned product. However we can't refund a purchase before we've received the product back. Pro & EP Return/Exchange

We accept Pro and EP returns of new, unused products purchased directly from SCARPA North America on SCARPA.com!

Just return your product in new, unused condition within 30 days.

If you need a different size, please reorder via the site and we’ll credit you when we have received and processed your return.

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping fees). Pro and EP returns will be charged a small, 5% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please ship your package back with the shipping carrier of your choice and keep a copy of the tracking number for the return, as SCARPA is not responsible for returned packages until they reach our warehouse.
