If you submit a request for one of our pre-built kits, we will direct you to the web kits for the most efficient service. These kits have been arranged according to consumer use/need, so we do not personalize or adjust kits in any way. If you are not able to add a kit to your cart, it means we are out of stock. As soon as we are able, we will make the item available.
We are temporarily unable to ship parts to Canadian addresses. We apologize for this inconvenience. We recommend reaching out to your local ski shop, or a larger chain like SkiUphill or MEC.
In order to reduce service time and support local businesses, we recommend speaking with local ski boot techs or resolers as a first step toward resolving your issue. You can find our Authorized Service Centers here.
If your local Service Center doesn’t have the capacity to help with your issue, you can start a claim below.
Some repairs require you to ship your Scarpa product to us - those include BOA housing adjustment, Telemark (T2) ski/walk pin replacements and Carbon Alien Cuff Hardware. Please note that ski boot cuffs are not stocked for repairs. Also note that we are not always able to source components for boots made and distributed prior to 2017.
