Eben Mond

Biography

As a kid, my Mom would drop me off at our local 300 vertical foot “mountain” in Dubuque, IA, and I wouldn’t stop skiing until I had frost bite on my cheeks and it was closing time. I was in love. I raced throughout childhood, often driving 8 hours one way to races on weekends. I left college for Colorado, and never looked back. I’ve learned to work hard in the summer in order to live and ski hard in the winter. Being a professional skier has given me opportunities to travel across the world, to make best friends, and to make a life doing what I love. I’m proud to ski for and work with companies like SCARPA, and I hope to ski well into old age.
