As the stripped-down version of the F1, the 2023 SCARPA Women's F1 GT ski boot is light enough to take on multi-day expeditions while still offering the performance you want when skiing off big peaks. A Grilamid cuff offers all the benefits of Polyamide, including reliable performance across a large temperature range and progressive flex. Combine the shell with a two-buckle closure and a single finger strap, and you get a 90 flex boot that is capable of driving your skis, even when mountain conditions are sub-optimal. With a 72-degree range of motion in walk mode, the F1 GT lets you make the most of every stride, saving you precious time and energy on the climb. And in case you can't skin straight to the summit, we threw in a Vibram® sole, so you never have to second guess your footing as you boot to the top.

    F1 GT hardbooter

    I got the GT to replace my F1 and what an upgrade it was. Not only a comfortable boot to wear but but tours perfectly, climbs perfectly, and I haven’t modded at all to splitboard in. (Riding in walk mode)

    I also think this is one of the prettiest ski boots ever

    Awesome Lightweight Touring Boot

    I found the Scarpa F1 GT to be an excellent lightweight ski touring/mountaineering boot. I wasn't looking for something super stiff, but still wanted a boot that could handle a ~185lbs human who enjoys riding semi agressively, and the F1 GT fit the bill. The strap and two buckle combination gave quite a secure fit, and with the buckles versus the boa system, I had piece of mind with components that were easier to field fix. More than anything, I found that the boot performed on the up as a lightweight crusher with a generous range of motion, and enough warmth to make things work even on the chilliest days in the rockies. If you're looking for a boot that is built for the up, but holds it's own on the down, I think the F1 GT is an excellent candidate for the job. Splitboarders - it is also a good candidate to ride loose, or modify for a hardboot setup!

    2.5 weeks of waiting for shipping and counting

    Scarpa is sending me push notifications for "What did you think of your recent purchase?"... if my boots would get shipped any time soon I might be able to leave a review! It's been over 2 weeks and my boots haven't even been shipped yet. Very excited to test them out though! Hopefully they get shipped soon.
