CHARMOZ HD MEN'S

I purchased this boot in 2018, and 5 years later they are still good as new! I've used them for a few bigger mountaineering missions in Canada, a full 6 month glacier guiding season in AK, four water ice seasons with around 50 pitches per season, and general winter mountain play in my local range. The water proofing has been great, and the combination of comfort and durability is all time. I agree the toe box will feel stiff when worn all day for hiking, but it's a great trade off to have the stiffness when climbing Ice. The boots have worked great up to WI5and for temps >10°. Feet are usually cold when below 10°. If you are like me and don't plan on having a large quiver of boots, this one is a great all-arounder choice!

4 days of heavy bushwhacking, scrambling, creek crossings, alpine house-sized talus field hopping, and technical soloing up to 5.6ish with a pack on, and these handled everything I threw at them - in fact, I’m not sure I could have accomplished all I did in any of my other footwear. It was too burly for approach shoes, too technical for hikers, and full 4-season mountain boots would have been overkill, and too hot. Absolutely love these!

This is by far one of the best boot I’ve bought before I will wear leather boots they’ll last me about eight months I don’t know how long these boots going to last me hopefully a long time,the comfort in them and the stability is outstanding coming up and down rocky hills with ease,I climb trees for a living removing them or pruning them,they make good arborist boots for me.

Ps be patient while braking them in you won’t regret it!
